***Answer for the elephant in the room If this is the same Michael Welch (my speculation): Like any good man, Jerry believes in 2nd chances. A good buddy of mine owns a window business in the Iowa City area. A contractor, who owed north of 50k, went belly up. The contractor came to him asking how he can make this right. My buddy hired him as a salesman as the contractor had potential. The contractor, after some grooming by my friend, is doing amazing work.....to the point where they had to get a new warehouse! So folks, I believe RMHB sees talent in Mr. Welch and he will work 10X harder for the company now that he is getting a second chance...IMHO!
