By the way, I think the way Baltia is handling this situation is very, very wise. It makes perfect sense to deal with it how they are. A CEO is a huge expense, and one that would need time to integrate with the company, so the value-add really isn't there right now. Better to run lean with the ones who have gotten it this far, get through certification, then take your time and make the hire when you NEED to make it.
