I have very limited experience with our courts and legal system, simply hoping that justice will prevail. Every count the plaintiff alleges is easily rebuked by the simplest of due diligence, that I cannot understand how any judge could let allegations like these proceed. At any rate, we won't have much longer to be forced to deal with this crap.
