It sucks....however, HC is a gov't entity, not another company! And this is a point I have advocated from the beginning...right or wrong is not the issue....it's the gov't and things almost always favor the gov't. Um not one to say "I told ya so"..... but dang it I did. I stated this would be easily a 15 -18 process from Feb/2015.....and sure enough it is. And I can see this can being kicked down the road into the 1st quarter 2017. Don't be surprised if the late October hearing gets pushed back 5 -6 weeks. JMOP people...um not bashing, hating, or puk'n....I just realize what Bill is up against and it sucks!!!
