Maybe Sony got an exclusive UltraFlix channel licensed (ULTRA) specific for their TVs (maybe they preferred it that way) ... and UltraFlix will get some Sony Pictures content for all of the other "UltraFlix platforms" ... with some kind of Revenue split deal.
