Re the background audio: You can hear bill at one point telling I believe cen's attorney the addresses of the two locations. He's definitely telling someone that information. You would think she would be more up to speed on things than that. Anyway it doesn't appear there has been any talk between the city and cen about settlement , compromise, or concessions on this issue prior to this pre-trial hearing but reading between the lines and voice inflection I wouldn't doubt there will be talks prior to October.
