The listing requirements for the NASDAQ EXCHANGE is that RMHB need to be $3 per share or more....
Not $,1 not $2....... $3 or higher......
Yes, if RMHB would uplist to the NASDAQ EXCHANGE a R/S would be likely necessary....
maybe not, but I am not suggesting that.....
There is NO REVERSE SPLIT in the near future...
and certainly not to uplist to the OTCQB.....
