Float has definitely increased. BCAP was issued about 60 million shares.
It's safe to say they are not completely done selling yet since the last tranche
wasn't issued until the end of September.
WOGI has a long climb ahead of it. Can they get this back to .02 and on the
NAQ this year? I doubt it. Unless all that Arab money starts flowing in next
week that people keep talking about.
However, it's a safe bet to buy WOGI in the low 001s IMO - easy trade.
