letitgrow12 you have a really good point. Take a look at $BBY Best Buy Co. for an example. The issue is this, so many people including myself use Best Buy more as a showroom then an actual store. In 2006ish-Now people are more hands on meaning they like to touch and feel instead of just look (no pun intended lol) We all are guilty of this. You go to a store look and check out a product then go home and buy it online much cheaper and this is the fall of SHLD. Best Buy not too long ago started prize matching $AMZN and a few other sites again which was a good move on their part. (They did this back in the day then stopped only to lose more profits so they brought it back again.)

When you go to a store like Sears, Best buy or Target and they price match online prices they lose money. It costs much more to run a lot of Best Buy stores than it is to run bestbuy.com.

SHLD should have focused on this and keeping their stores up to today. Every Sears and Kmart I have been in has gone to hell.
