If Royal Capital sold them short at higher prices and is now buying them back from others who are shorting Royal Capital could emerge with many more shares than it originally had. I'm not saying this is the case just that it could be.
It could be that Royal Capital has not sold a share for to have done so would be clearly a case of manipulation if they are in fact restricted. My hope is that they did not sell any but who knows, I don't. I do know however that somebody has sold a lot of shares driving down the price with hopes of bankrupting NTEK. Hopefully I will get a reply from the company that may shed some light. The minions of the shorts are angry on liehub. They have taken to posting to each other since few longs even go there anymore.
