Very interesting and as I posted on that other board, I wonder why Perkowski didn't mention Coates as a potential solution being developed. He basically just laid out a problem that the Chinese have which most people already knew and offered no specific potential solutions.
Seems like a missed opportunity to have given Coates the spotlight. Of course, maybe his deal with Forbes doesn't allow for "advertising" of sorts.
