I am at a loss for words. I read that PR and it took a minute to realize what happened. Truly a tragedy that Igor did not get to see his dream finish. However, I believe that he is watching and will be at the inaugural flight, on the plane to St. Petersburg, and in the hearts of the shareholders and management of Baltia. Truly a sad day for everyone associated with BLTA.
Personally, I never met Igor, but he always struck me as a nice and smart person. I always looked forward to when BLTA is certified and I could meet and congratulate him personally. Hopefully BLTA is planning a great dedication to him no smaller than christening a plane in his honor.
Igor, may you rest in peace. You were truly a pillar of determination and fortitude for all. May God take you into his embrace and help you find solace.
I want to extend sympathy to Igor's family and they along with Igor will be in my thoughts and prayers.
