What is not clear to me is WHY the first declaration of the spin off is now being replaced with a second announcement of a spinoff with new dates and new rules. It also says that the shares will be issued with a month then says they will be issued the same day of the spinoff. Doesn't anyone here care to question how unreliable the first announcement was and why we should rely on this one? I know I'm going to be called all sorts of names for daring to question things that are contradictory but someone has to question it!
