Some additional info on the $TALK CEO David F. Levy back from the mid-90s. He took one of his previous companies public (SubMicron Systems) and it went from low pennies up into the $10+ dollar range.
From this newswire article from the mid-90s, we can see Mr Levy was very good at Merger's (and persistent too!).
