I guess we get there if we make the assumption that there were no sellers of real shares.
But at least up to 12/31 there could have been tax loss sellers.
Given a decent understanding of long term potential, and near term explosive potential, tax loss selling was and is a significant risk. That would support the absence of selling from holders such as most of the people on this board.
