I agree with you partially.
If the proxy vote was only involved the leaders of this small company alone we would have had the proxy vote already. It's interesting, and I chew on the Apple, "Future of Television" quite a bit, but can't say that Apple wants Ultraflix. Why on Earth would Apple be continuing to wait, considering the fact that Ultraflix is becoming stronger? That doesn't make sense.
