I believe you are absolutely correct in your identification of the person and possibly members of his family as well. Some of my own tracking and comparison analysis over the past few years suggests that is the case. If it who I think it is then he is still playing games with another "pink" from which he is conning people on fake promises. The fact is that NanoLogix's tech is real, it is being paid attention by real companies, and is on the verge of a breakthrough. I don't think the twisted person posting as NFB and his co-conspirators know what they are doing and know that they are committing criminal and civil RICO crime and statutory torts. Bitterness and hate does that to some people. The SEC may not have the time or resources to do anything about it but I don't think he understands the extent to which he has built up a core of enemies who will be committed to bankrupting him and his buddies when the time is right.
