Received some Indiana Maple Tree Syrup for Xmas.
Just now trying it - Wow !
$10 a Pint. At the source. Not too bad.
A distinctive nice taste that isn't sugar as we normally know it.
Refrigerate after opening.
It was bought at a you-cut-it tree farm nearby Indy.
