I was looking at the last quarterly and thinking about the potential future of the company and what their intended direction might be. In 2015 they spun off divisions which could stand on their own and really organized themselves as a focused visual entertainment company. In reading how the new divisions might work together, I think there won't be any spin off of Ultraflix. I believe they have a vision of NTEK as a company that will be focused much like Netflix on providing access to content (in 4k of course), creating original programming, and developing new channels. I believe this is a 5 to 10 year story that has so much potential...but of course execution will be key. So far it would seem we have competent managent. I'll be very interested to see what caliber of ceo we can attract!! $$
