I hope everyone is keeping an eye on NTGL. Some of us have purchased shares but most of us in addition will be getting spin off shares based on our NTEK holdings as of 2/6/15.
Some are wondering why the wait but imho the wait has been a blessing as it has provided the time necessary to get legislation drafted and enacted that will allow games of skill gambling which NTGL will provide. It has also allowed NTGL to operate pretty much in stealth mode while getting patents, building and improving the games and demonstrating them to the powers to be.
I think NTEK shareholders will be getting their shares in the near future but at a minimum I expect news on the spinoff no later than 2/6/16.
Just a heads up and a suggestion to be aware of what is going on. NTGL is being naked shorted just as NTEK is, in fact, it was 72% on Thursday.
