Dilution / Toxic Debt = NONE! 1st tranche of financing ($75,000,000) should be announced within the 1st two weeks of the New Year! Updated and Consolidated 10k expected to follow! Also expect QLTS to put out a steady diet of solid PRs and Fillings on its way to the Nasdaq in 2016! Imo
