I've been thinking this thing out. The class action will take time to play out. The Judge can't just dismiss it without giving all parties a chance to respond etc. So March 7 I believe is last scheduled court date. My guess it still lingers until at least that date. Probably longer.
I think the next major announcement will be DF's published article in a peer review journal. I believe it was submitted around Nov 1. Somewhere I read it takes 6 months. So that gives us May 1.
