Perhaps someone see's a new rising star? Knows the competition is about to get tougher? Loosing faith in his own company? Waiting for the right momentum to move into a humongous position buying up shares of NTEK?
When the CEO of Netflix (Reed Hastings) sells 348,000 shares between December 10 and December 21, in conjunction with all of his other sales, the only conclusion is that Hastings doesn’t believe in Netflix’s future.
According to Yahoo Finance, he now only holds about 583,000 shares, which is a bit over 0.1% of the company. Don’t tell me that management’s interests are aligned with shareholders’. Perhaps he see's the writing on the wall UltraFlix will dominate the 4K world and we are just scratching the surface.
