I believe in my opinion that URBT, Punch TV, Punch any name is a scam. If it is not a scam, it is an investment scheme that will fail miserably.
As with many a penny stock scam, news releases are issued, and no value is created. Management, in this case a management team of 1 (Joseph Collins) will take money from innocent people to in his words create a billion dollar company.
Save your money, donate it to a church, and you will have better results.
