Never forget the power of the "lawyer-to-lawyer respect rule" (see "Winning Through Intimidation" book) and also her fear of being reprimanded/giving grounds for an appeal. NO judge likes being overturned on appeal. It would be totally cool if she just said no, but if she gives them a few days, that's okay. It just weakens their position further, because they'll have to come up with something really great, and they can't because there is no fraud on the part of CTIX -- just on the part of the Mako/Rosen/[websites whose names I won't mention because I don't want them suing me for libel]/baby bashers involved in shorting cabals.
