I dont see bringing in Qualitative vs. Quantitative revenue has anything to do with spinning it off and generating capital for the Balance sheet. I hope he is referring to revenue generation post the spin off...for the Diagnostic assets MS Precise and LymPro.
I must admit that Gerald has to a better job with communicating his expectations with future business and how it relates to the shareholders. I know my expectations are modest with getting BIG news in the next week or two (those massive expectations are usually created by retail shareholders who never seem to learn a lesson ...based on history here).
My speculative fervor is that a transaction creating at least $15-$20mm will occur by mid January...but I am hopeful that the funding could come from the European or Chinese investor crowd to.
