WHY is Kim seemingly off the case? What has happened so that the other guy, Stern, has taken over? From the "Kim represented to the court that work had commenced" part, is Kim going to be thrown under the bus as a scapegoat, to try to get the Rosen firm out from under?

Is it possible that Kim is going to take a bullet to save the Rosen firm from liability? "It was me, judge, acting alone and not with direction from the law firm, that filed the suit...."
