$TPAC Congrats on holding, Flex! I'm also holding all original shares from .0004. I won't be selling for quite awhile. CEO is not allowed to pay his co-founder back the tiny $260k factory loan until the pps is at .25. This is mentioned on Twitter(see October 16, 2015):
