But if you have to you have to. If he RS to 1 billion OS and then dilutes after it hits .0001 back to 10 billy he will have brought in 900K.
Probably tax free since the sales would be under par.
If for a legit purpose other than feeding his lifestyle then its his choice, if scamming he will be like 1000 other pinky ceos
