$RGBP I'm not buying into that theory. The stock will never go up? That's not happening and not fact; merely the current state of things. The SS will increase according to the company's needs. All penny stocks do this until they can get themselves on solid financial ground to reverse the dilution via share retirement and buybacks, thus shrinking the SS. I've watched this happen plenty of times. One of my plays is doing that right now. I'm up over ten times on TPAC. I waited a long time and heard plenty of comments like this and am going to wait here and ten bag on this too.
