If GC does not issue a PR, every one expects him to. When he does, as only he can do, to let the stock holders know what is going on, he gets hammered.

His policy is that when half the sales price is due when a gen set is ordered and the other half is due when it is delivered.

I'm wondering if stating a delivery date will even carry much weight with the stock traders, considering his credibility on previous PR's. But when he announces that a gen sets are being delivered, that will get the stock price rolling.
