CJ, I may be misreading these court docs? It looks like in the third cause KBM is looking for 64.5K and 43K. I'm seeing where they are looking for conversion shares? They're saying that HJOE did not provide them with payment in conversion shares, to which I say GOOD JOB, HJOE. Don't let the crooks continue to destroy the PPS and dilute. Make them work for it. Worst case scenario they lose 100K plus, but I don't think they'll lose.
