I have to agree with you that a judge would likely stop the conversions while this proceeded through court which would allow HJOE to catch up on their SEC filings.

On another note it seems the yahoo mb is getting as bad as IFLUB was. All the Janice Shell wannabe's from IFLUB seem to be there under different ID's of course. I've never seen so many bashers on a company that's simply trying to overcome all they've been through. I'm really amazed at what HJOE has accomplished in the past year or so.
