Not scare mongering. It's what happens with sub penny RS's. Regarding certs, you ever try to get the certs from a retail broker? Easier said than done...but Joel already knows that. Back to scare mongering...why would I do that? I don't want an RS at any time nor would be fine with one. Until peeps here, I've never in all my years of penny stock trading have ever seen shareholders asking for or condoning an RS. It's suicide for your money. The only conclusion I can come to is most here are new to this. Could be wrong, but nothing else I can think of as to why. I Pray I'm wrong but I'm just saying the way it almost always is with an RS. What do we do when Joel only RS's the OS? Have you guys thought that through?
