When it sinks like a stone your our initial investments are going to be all but gone.
10 mil shares at .0001 = $1k. 10:1 RS...now 1mil shares at .001. The massive sell of will begin....all the way down to .0001. Now your $1k is $100. Say u buy in the way down or wait till it goes to .0001, spend another $1k...now u have 11mil (1mil more than pre RS) so you've essentially spent another $1k more for an extra 1mil shares. Not my idea of a good thing. Unfortunately it will happen that way...always does.
Of course once Joel does the right thing and doesn't RS, all is moot. Any filings yet? This month is for all intents and purposes over.
