Everyone knowing what the rules are always helps.
I really do not see a , 'prolonged' , timeframe here with the OMB decision as the law governing the land use was pretty clear at the beginning of all of this, and their obvious knowledge and desire to move forward by the local government was also obvious.....until ???
I think the real question will be how much damage control will they have to put in place to reach a mutual agreement with us , and what will be acceptable to us. That may take a minute.
It would not surprise me for them to just tell Lakeshore to honor the original agreement and if they do not like it.....too bad. The OMB has done that before so there is a history with other areas.
Either way.....we are all golden in my view. GLTA
