It would be surprising if the judge made a ruling next week -- she'll need to review it first. Better for us that way anyhow -- Rosen can't claim that their response wasn't considered adequately and/or she was prejudiced against them. Since I am hoping that our lawyers will try to get Rosen, Kim, etc. disbarred for this, everything has to be done perfectly.

I'd love to see the Rosen firm go down for this. I don't think we're going to get the justice we'd really like -- seeing SA and the other site get really pinned for their involvement in this -- but I'd love to see the individuals involved find themselves giving depositions and squealing on their pals to get themselves off the hook. Yes, I am talking to you, person who PM'ed me over there.

What would be interesting would be if ROSEN cut some deal with us to get themselves off the hook -- that deal being the revelation of the sordid details and all identities, and of course a cash settlement.
