When I got my 4k TV there was nothing on the box or in the box to indicate a Ultraflix application. When I turned on the set there was no ultraflix app. I had to go through a two hour process with Samsung support to get it installed. I reported this to NTEK support that unless the app is is featured on the set no one will know about it. I told a friend that bought a Sony about the Ultraflix since he didn't know anything about it and where he bought it at Best Buy didn't talk about it when he bought it in Oakland , Maine. So point is more awareness is need.to get signups for the millions of sets sold.
