Good due diligence by Steve and 218. KBM may indeed have a tough time winning a claim against Veal and Co. Interestingly enough, if Veal can prove that they profited already, it may become easier to get this dismissed. The fact remains though that we are a delinquent filer and that needs to be addressed sooner or later before we really take off; which we will upon filing.
