The Belin project was refused by pure Systems and Global when the deal became a loan from Belin, not a grant as previously agreed to. Joy and Chris then looked to Texas, who welcomed them with open arms and a deal which is greater than anything than NM had to offer.
Port Arthur has both excellent rail access and is a seaport. Employees will be trained by the local college. Port Arthur Officials told me that things should be commencing between January and end of March 2016. I would look to April 1st as reasonable target date considering that there are a dozen different contracts to coordinate. Hope this answers your question..........

I have great news….and nobody is going to like it.
1.) Understand that I have made more than 12 emails and 7 phone calls to get the information.
2.) I have communicated with more than a dozen people and have had been referred around the world (literally and figuratively).
The Agreement(s) are between Port Arthur (PA) and several companies, all of which include GFTI, RYZE, Pure Systems, Joy Nunn, Chris Giordano and several other individuals.
The Agreements involve European machinery manufacturers and a European financial institution.
The financial institution is confidential at this time, but think about which Institutions are international in nature. Yes! I know which Institution, but it was mentioned in error and I was “asked” to keep it confidential.
There are a dozen mini contracts in the overall contract.
PA does not need the approval of Governors’ Office, although PA does have the State's blessings on the deal, citing to me, “…It means 500 jobs for PA….”
Now for the Bad news.
Everything is on track for completion of all necessary elements by April 2016. PA quoted me Jan1st to the end of 1st quarter 2016, but hoped for February. I will consider the actual commencement date to be April 2016

On advise of PA officials about confidentiality, there is little or nothing that CG can tell us that we have not already been told, so I am not going to push for a conference call.
