Longs have taken advantage of lower pps as well and in some cases have help the price go lower with placing their own bids at lower levels to get cheapies to dollar cost average their heap. I myself see opportunity to buy shares for two brothers and a son that I started accounts for. My IRA and cash account is pat with a pile of shares which are at .044 per share average since I bought as high as .17 and never sold any accumulation since joining the fray back in May, 2013.
