Appears that the professional basher has been, uh, spotted over at the other site.
I will keep my lowball orders in, in case the gang of criminals tries for another take-down.
As far as the 3-days clearance rule, I heard on CNBC radio while I was driving that a trade that is ENTERED on the 31st counts as this year's trade -- new rule, but not sure if that applies to individuals as well as institutions. They were talking about institutional tax loss selling.
