That is good news.
As I mentioned previously, CEN can hold up the distribution as long as they like, within reason. It would make sense to allow # 1: for FITX to have it's launch date, and, # 2: To have the OMB hearing out of the way.
The reason has all to do with the share price for each company at the time of distribution. We ALL want it to be as high as possible, and each event will do exactly that.
