Here is a court case which some may find worth keeping up with.
It is pretty obvious to me that for anything to do with banking or research can only be done post the re-scheduling of marijuana to a schedule II and away from the ridiculous category it is currently in.
That said......this may help to push that through. Who knows ? GLTA
