For their Revenue Growth model, NTEK's calculations is based on ... Each user renting ONLY 1 Title a month at $5 ... so the $99 deal basically Locks-in 20 months worth of sales. The Revenue is NOW ... don't have to wait 20 months for that Revenue to flow in.
It's actually a brilliant marketing move. I guess that's why they have geniuses like Ex-Roku exec Aaron Taylor as Senior V.P. of Sales & Marketing.
