That spread is an attempt to discourage buying. They have no shares to sell and I'm sure the risk managers are telling them to slow down the buying as they are in dangerous territory. The right news would send this on a run as I am sure this is on the watch list of many remembering the previous run to .17.
Granted there were a lots less shares outstanding but look at where we are today versus back then. No comparison. Go NTEK!!!
