$RGBP I wish I had a perfect answer for that one. There was significant shorting around that time and manipulation is very likely part of the equation holding it down(maybe even still).
RCHA was the #1 most shorted ticker on the otc today, the day of its FDA approval, with almost 888M shares shorted.
