The above quote is right on target. Except mentioning the BOD.
The BOD took office in May of June of 2015. The allegations against CT date back to late 2014. Possibly you failed to mention " PRIOR BOD ", but if you really think the current BOD knows what CT did with the money they either must be mind readers, CT told them all of his illegal activities, or they are being accused of being involved.
The focus should be on CT, The FAB 5 and previous BOD. If anyone is unhappy with the current BOD you should offer to join them. If you think you can do better.
Surely by now the SEC has investigated the allegations against CT, and most likely consider it a civil matter between CT and the shareholders. To bother the SEC and get them involved will only hurt the shareholders.
