I am not sure what you are referring to for sure but my guess is speculation that BMAK is NTEK diluting. Watching the pps I would say certainly not, even though they are to lowest ask with room to spare between the big and the ask, they go lower at times, which would make no sense for selling shares.

My guess is BMAK is being used to allow some short covering.
