How will new tax year affect the short sellers? I had wondered before if some were taking profits (on those big volume days) -- not wanting to hold in case Leo drops the bomb on the first trading day of January, but.....
I wonder if they want to wait to take profits until January, to be able to defer tax on their ill-gotten criminally manipulated gains?
I hope so. Would love it if they're still holding when CTIX has its DNDN moment (opening one morning at 3x the price of the closing price the afternoon before).
But since I have to admit it's unlikely Leo will drop the bomb first thing on the first day of the trading year, I'm speculating that we might see a whole lot of short covering the first week of 2016 = higher share price. JUST a speculation. Thoughts?
